The process also underwent changes. Every release now includes a model card, a bias dashboard in our operations console, and a customer-visible "mark urgent" override that the model cannot down-rank. We also instituted a monthly red-team review of edge cases (ESL, accessibility technology, terse mobile replies). This incident transformed a clever optimization into a governance habit: automate the routine work, but never the moral judgment of who deserves help first.
